Default Xc60 front suspension cost

Hi there I have a 2012 xc60 d5 lux with a constant knocking noise from front driver side after spring snapped
Have replaced the spring the mounts and links both sides. Roll bar bushes replaced.
The only thing left possibly wish bone bushes which my son said are worn and cracked or replace the shock absorber.
Any other ideas. It bangs and creaks over humps.
Does anyone have the Oem number for the active front shock( sport comfort advanced model)
My son is doing all the work but is convinced it’s a shock. I’m not sure after reading similar reports on here.
Any help would be really appreciated.

If the knocking noise started when the broken spring was replaced then something has gone wrong with that - I’d get that work checked carefully by someone familiar with these cars. Poke and hope diagnosis will empty your wallet quickly, especially on 4-c suspension parts….

We had the same issue on our 2014 XC60 R-DESIGN AWD D5 just last week.

Had all the usual bushings checked along with the top mounts, but all was fine. Garage then replaced the front left strut and the issue is fixed.

If you're not too bad with computers, get a copy of VIDA on a virtual machine. It has great exploded views of all the cars components with the relevant Volvo part numbers.
