2015 xc60 d4 cambelt

Hello, going to look at a 2015 xc60 2.4 d4 tomorrow to replace our written off v40. It has 60k miles on. Would anyone know the recommendations for the cambelt change please? Had a search but seems to be different recommendations. Also anything else to keep an eye on when viewing. Tia.

if i remember correctly same as D5 aux belt every 54000 miles, cam belt 108000 or 10 years

Check front wheelarches for rust at 2 o'clock passenger side and 10 o'clock drivers side
