Default V40 Phase 1 Running Lights

I bet this has been asked before, but how do I turn off the running lights on my 96 phase 1 v40? Has anyone done a guide for this?

Thanks in advance

James

You could always take the route I did, painted the trim round the body to bring it back up and painted over the lights (couple of extra coats on lights) as below
