BMW z3 restoration

My Mrs wee BMW is looking very sorry for itself so it's bite the bullet time. Managed to source two front wings, rears will be patched, filled, painted. Car will not get full respray but partial as needed. New exhaust will be sourced tomorrow and finally a new roof supplied and fitted. Will try to get some before and after pics, work will be done in stages as it is her daily drive.

Ah, the rolling restoration George. Best of luck máte, in my experience once you embark upon this course you never dissembark.
Bet you find horrors once those wings come off.

Landrover is into its 7th year now, still it's not a hobby if you only look at it.

Hope it's not too bad. Never failed an mot on.corrosion related issues, solid underneath, just a cosmetic disaster!!

Full exhaust ordered today, and one of my front wings came. We have lift off..

Neither did the discovery but when the wing came off it exposed a lot of rot that was hidden.

Dinitrol and a good compressor is the restorers friend. 3 times the price of waxoil but 20 times as good in my opinion.

Obviously I never got any before pics but picked up Mrs z3 from paint tonight, looks fantastic, only roof let's it down now
