Remove Scratches from Hard Plastic
Hi,
I have a number of scratches and scuffs in the hard plastic around the load area in my XC60s boot. Has anyone got any tried and proved recommendations for getting scratches out of the hard plastic and restoring to "as new" as I need to prep it for sale? Thanks |

Something like a magic eraser or very high grit sanding sponge can minimise their appearance by taking the high points and ridges out. You can also combine this with a heatgun (don't get it too hot) to get it slightly less noticeable again. Really though it can't be fixed properly without sanding, filling and respraying.
