I saw on facebook they're going to try the world record volvo 600 again next year.

Did anyone here go to the last one?

What's the actual record that they're trying to break? Just getting more than 600 volvos together or is there more than that to it?

I saw some photos looked interesting and good turn out but guessing they couldn't get enough to break the record last time?

It's something along the lines of biggest number of Volvos in a parade,so they all have to be moving.Current record is held by the Polish at 570 cars.Our last attempt saw 1576[I think that's the correct number] but was discounted due to spacing between cars being too large.

I went last year as well and it was a good day out.

If nothing else, the first attempt was a good ride out and seeing loads of great cars and meeting like minded people.
