Seat back adjuster

The wife's Volvo C30 - the seat back adjuster is just rotating, and not adjusting the angle of the seat back. Likely cause / fix anyone? I gather something went "click" - but not got the chance to examine things yet.

I've had this on mine. It's just the plastic breaking on the inside of the knob. I just replaced the knob with a new one and all is fine now.
