Default S60 2004 poly bush inserts

Hi!

I have recently installed subframe poly bush inserts.
The front ones are ok. But the rear mounting bracket on both sides did not seat properly.
Is this a problem? Or is it like this for everyone?

One Owner's Experience:

All 4 of mine went right in with a touch of the included lube and the slightest tapping with a hammer. The large "washer" served to push 'em home as the bolt was tightened.

What "mounting bracket" are you speaking of?

I recall no differences among the 4 corners or the 4 inserts.

2 front ones have a large washer, yes. But the rear ones have a triangle shaped bracket which holds the 18mm subframe bolt and 2 14mm bolts.

Theres a slight gap between the bracket and the subframe bushing caused by the new insert.
Just wondering if thats normal or not?

Not normal.
The insert should fit in a way that doesn't interfere with anything else.
