That's not a dirty boot! I'll get a photo of mine shortly, just about to start cleaning it (so i can change the fuel sender/in-tank pump seal) and while the rest of the car will get a vacuum too, the boot is the worst by far!

please Excuse the dirty manky boot and the dirty paintwork, the car had a "to the tip" run this morning and havent yet cleaned the boot
Impressive thanks.

Your load area and paintwork look very good init. Do not EVER look at my 240's interior or exterior for cleanliness! A certain forum member even had the effrontery to offer to clean it for me! Basically I do what little I can each day in life. I am interested in the C4 in hope that one day I can start sorting out the car.

I have regularly used shoe polish on bumpers, rubber trim and tyres. Works amazing on tyres as you can shine it like a pair of army boots.I have not tried it on dashes though

Like i said earlier ^^^^^ your boot isn't dirty :

Underneath the ramp :

You can see the stripe where i've vacuumed!

After changing this while i had everything out for cleaning :

That's the old one in the bag - new one fitted and not leaking thankfully!

After all that :

Not perfect but i was sweating like a sperm donor at an alimony hearing after doing that in this heat!

Window shades? I like your politeness!

It's actually spray on window tint, from outside it looks spot on :

As you can see from the inside, it looks patchy and horrible.

Not sure it could have been hotter to be honest, the car was facing north and the afternoon sun comes from the south and south west so it was beating in straight through the open tailgate!

That's about the state of my air-con at the moment - previous owner misdiagnosed a solenoid valve-block fault as being a blocked evaporator so had the evaporator removed

I've got a replacement to go in there but it's not a 5 minute job to do, then it need converting to R134a from R12 (i've got the valves) but most importantly, the rest of the A/C system needs checking and then i've got to hope the compressor is still ok.

Fingers crossed!

lucky you "just" needing to fix it,, mine didnt have it fitted at all,,
had the "winter pack" with the heated (cloth) seats, headlight wash/wipe and as said "boil in your seat" heater,, so toasted buns + roasted everything else,,

good luck with the compressor ,, frozen toes from a/c that works is Nice
