TonyS9 Premier Member Last Online: Apr 9th, 2024 21:44 Join Date: Jul 2009 Location: Holywood	The rustbuster epoxy mastic is good stuff, I used it on my 360 restoration, but it does need a very clean and slightly rough surface, otherwise it does flake/chip off. I use zinc paint (zinga) then epoxy mastic, then underseal over the top. The factory 940 stuff is also very good, I hope you didn't remove the galvanisation layer. The 940 underseal is a semi solid very hard to remove, but you do get rust eventually.
