C70 Mk2 Colour Question

Hi Guys,

Would you be kind enough to tell me what my paint code is? I think it's 477 which would indicate the colour is 477 Inscription™ Electric Silver Coarse Flake metallic and the interior is '5D7H' Off Black?

Wasn't aware if that plate gives you the interior code as well but yes the paint code is definitely 477.

Nice looking example, hope you enjoy it. Looks like you've got 18" wheels on? Would be interested to know what you think of the ride, as my 17" are quite crashy over the poorer surfaces round my way.

Thank you for taking the time to reply. The wheels are actually 17's, having just sold an MX-5 with lowered Ohlins suspension and 17 alloys I wanted something more floaty which the C70 most definitely is. I did look at an SE Lux with 18's but it didn't anything for me.

Mine has 18" wheels and is not nearly as bad as I was expecting, but I have been considering finding someone to swap for 17". Nice looking car!

If you have a look in the wanted Section essexkoi is after a set of 18s and has 17s to swap.

I'll try and get some pictures up at the weekend; just need to find a decent location.

You are reading that plate correctly - 477 is the exterior colour and 5D7H is the interior colour which is off-black.

I have 18" wheels on my SE Lux and I have to say the ride is very good, even around our country lanes here. I did wonder when I got the car, but everything else about it was so good I wasn't going to reject it due to the wheel size. Very pleased I didn't!
