So Guys, just need a little re-assurance before i attempt this....I have lost stage 1 blower, that is the slowest speed. The rest are OK at present.
Car is '96 V40 Ph1. Is it likely to be a resistor? Or something else? Great guide as always. Thanks for any advice...... Dave

Heater resistor
Hi gatos, change heater resistor, but fan only works for a few seconds then packs up. Great set of pictures. Also tail gate won't open any ideas.

Never heard of the heater stop working after a few seconds. Does that happen in any temperature setting or on automatic?
With regards to the tailgate lock, you mean it does not lock unlock with the central locking, or that you cannot open it at all?
