Beam diverters
I have 2002 XC70 on which I fitted beam diverters last year when travelling to France. The fitting instructions on the pack (which I purchased on the ferry at an exorbitant cost!) where not that good, and I had a few irate French motorists flashing me. Are there any markings on the headlight glass that you can use as a guide?

no i dont believe there are. the volvo beam converters cover the whole glass (they are plastic headlamp protectors with blacked out sections, that can only be fitted in one place). we sell them from time to time, around £35 to £40 approx delivered if i remember right.

Not for about 10yrs....
I used Duck tape on my lights, but I have a phase 1 V70. Have a read of the owners manual; for the S40/V50/C30/C70 there is a lever you can flick on the back of the headlight unit that switches the beam to suit driving on the right.

Unfortunalty this clever design feature was not on the P2 series.
