Default Towbar, XC70 2004

Goy a late, but pre facelift XC70. Are there any tow bars I can fit which don't require me to cut the bumper?

Just fitted this

to this

giving me this

....which goes nicely with these
.

(I also fitted late, brushed chrome roof rails from the facelift model to complete the full bling look.)

I suspect the cut out on the bottom edge of the skid plate is where I'd need to cut to fit a bumper - which wouldn't be the end of the world - but ideally, I don't want to cut anything.

Either part Volvo number 9496986 or 8685762 with tow hitch. Bought mine privately.

i had to cut my bumper for the tow bar.

have you got a close up of the size skirts trim?

on another note what do you use on your arch and bumper plastic trim to make it look less sun bleached like mine...

I’ll get a better photo of the sill trims up in a bit. Re the plastics, they’re not great. Just bought a small bottle of magic stuff for around £20. I’ll do a few before and after shots.

No idea now I’m afraid, the box went ages ago.
