Default Rear Pano Sunroof Seal Replacement

Today I did the seal on the rear glass of the Pano Sunroof on my 2019 V90 D4.
As it goes not a difficult job. Took longer to clean the residue from the old seal than to do the whole job.
Seal Part number was 32342701 £60 + vat
Wurth Black Super Glue FLEX part no 0893092 0072 £35. I know have a tube of glue with loads left.
Removed inner seals at the rear easily.
Lift Front Sunroof glass, undo the rear six bolts and gently manouver rear glass out.
Remove the old seal, clean all the residue off across the front. Fit new seal and before you push it home apply the glue to the seal ends and push it home.
Refiting almost the reverse. Just remember to put piece of seal on at the back before reinserting the glass into the car.
The tabs from the glass sit inside of the locators.
All in all about an hour to do.
Helps to have someone help to reinstall to get it level.

I guess you have a garage (or at least undercover space) then?

I did mine on my V60 a couple of weeks ago. I did not bother to glue the ends but I might do it in the future. However, I did glue the piece of seal at the back before reinserting the glass as Volvo has a dealer note to do so to avoid water ingress from the rear. I never had the issue but i did realise it pops out quite easily when re/inserting the glass so it can't hurt.

Thank you! MY17 V90 started to leak through its sunroof. When I took it to dealer, I was quoted £2k to get that fixed, so obviously I'm looking for alternatives or doing the work my self. This defo helped me with at least having an option to DYI, bit less stress for me
