C30 bumpers

Hi,
Does anyone know if redesign front or rear bumper from facelift model will fit pre face lift?

Rear fits fine but the front would need a whole facelift including wings, lights, grill and bumper and possibly other things too

Hello

The front certainly won't fit, as it moulds around the new design headlights. Don't know about the back though, can't see any reason why it wouldn't.

The back one needs new bumper hangers on the sides of the body so I've been told and the exhaust pipe exits at a slightly different area so isn't square in the hole cutout.

The exhaust exits in the same spot. The tailpipes and exhaust systems from facelift and prefacelift are the same

Why didn't one fit mine with a standard exhaust then?

Probably cos it was the wrong part? Or claimed it was from one? V50/S40 have ones which look the same as the C30 ones but aren't...

Not sure what you're actually going on about to be honest. At no point ever, does a c30 rear bumper look anything like a v50/s40 rear bumper..... Not even with your eyes closed. Saying it's the wrong one etc is stupid as it's impossible to mix them up.

The simple answer to the original question is, it will all fit but will require a complete front end, and a facelift rear bumper, new hangers on the sides and a new exhaust.

Pre bumper

Post bumper (exhaust cutouts clearly further apart)

S40 bumper....... Nothing like a c30 bumper!
