Default buying advice please; v70 d5

Good morning, I have been offered the following in a private sale and would be grateful for advice as to whether it is a good deal:
Volvo V70 D5 estate; 2004, 23,000 miles dark blue with leather. Electric driver's seat. Manual. Full Volvo service history and just been serviced. In vgc except for scratch along one side (estimate to repair £750-1k). Price £12,750.
Many thanks in advance,
Charles

Jim, not entirely sure. Just asked the seller and he said it has black leather, cruise, elec driver's seat with memory, driver's info system, colour matching trims, larger alloys, heated seats . Hope that helps.

Seems a little overpriced to me for a private sale car in need of a bodywork repair?
I've just (in december) bought a 2005 (march) V70 D5 SE Geartronic with 24000 miles on the clock. Sold to me by a main dealer for £16500, including a service, brand new MOT, New Nokia telephone kit, gap insurance, 3 years warranty.
I'd say for a private sale, yours might be about £1000 over the top?
