  • VOC Members: There is no login facility using your VOC membership number or the details from page 3 of the club magazine. You need to register in the normal way
  • AOL Customers: Make sure you check the 'Remember me' check box otherwise the AOL system may log you out during the session. This is a known issue with AOL.
  • AOL, Yahoo and Plus.net users. Forum owners such as us are finding that AOL, Yahoo and Plus.net are blocking a lot of email generated from forums. This may mean your registration activation and other emails will not get to you, or they may appear in your spam mailbox

Default trouble starting white smoke

hi guys really need some help here ..have 2.0d s40 2005 beautiful motor really love it .... just every now and then i have trouble starting wont fire and wont rev at all and when it does eventually start it plumes out white smoke for a bit the smoke stinks of diesel .. its also abit rough on tick over occasionaly would really be grateful of some advice maybe someone else has been unfortunate enough to have suffered same problem in the past any advice gratefuly recieved ....

May possibly be injector(s) overfuelling ?

turns out it was a faulty egr valve hope this can be of reference to someone in the future ....
