When I picked my V90 up the salesman spent the best part of two hours going through everything with me. He set up my driver profile, phone connection, internet connection from the data sim card I took with me and he went through every single tab on the sensus system. He made sure everything was active, set up and working on a short road test.

I've heard that some new owners were literally 'thrown the keys' by some dealerships, you are perfectly entitled to have a proper hand-over....insist on it!

I'll get none of that and this is where fleet drivers are perhaps at a disadvantage. It'll come on a transporter and i'll be just given the keys.

I like that anyway - I'l learn the features of the car.

I would add the auto dimming rear mirror - I cannot understand why this has to be activated! Also the internet traffic in addition to the RTTI.

Sat with delivery guy on the drive for about an hour going through most things.

Can't fathom out how to get the mirrors to dip on reverse though. Thought it would be simple but doesn't work.

This is an option only available if you have power seats with memory buttons.
I think it's strange since it has nothing to do with the seats and you have all the electrical motors and buttons to do it.

Ah ok. Doesn't really bother me, have got reverse camera so that helps.

Some of the logic from manufacturers on what you can have with which options does baffle me sometimes.

You may not have the option to do it automatically but if you tap the appropriate mirror button twice whilst in reverse that may do it.

I don't always want my mirrors to dip so although I have the option to set it so it happens when I select reverse I don't use it. The above sequence works for me.
