Default fresh air

just bought a 92 940gl. ok problem is that there is air blowing on the passengers feet. this is coming from the left side of the foot well. at 2am it is coldair on your left foot and warm air on your right foot from the heater. it does not seem as bad on the drivers side although it is there a little . (opposite feet of course). have searched for a leak from outside. to no avail. also the recirculating button ... ithink that if it is pressed in that the air from outside is restricted.... i wish....but is this correct. any replys would be appreciated..

G'day. The "A" panel is the area forward of the front door hinges, in other words the area to the left of your passengers legs. Get down low and look upwards, underneath the glove box, and to the left. There should be a grille with a lever sticking out (this is a supplementary fresh-air vent); experiment with the lever forward or back to eliminate the breeze.

Happy New Year, Nick.
