stratstones parts notts and chesterfield

wanted a set of floormats for my v40 no one at chesterfield parts as the only parts guy was sick.mansfield statstone is closed now which doesnt help

so went to notts ordered mats which he said would be there yesterday afternoon and he would phone me about 3pm.no phone call received.

so thought i,d pop down today as the parts man at notts told me parts are open on saturday as well.luckily ive just phoned the receptionist put me through to the parts department and phone just rang for 5 minutes.she then told me parts arent open on a saturday wtf is going on are all volvo dealerships like this? will not be using any dealerships ever again as they dont seem to know there arses from there elbow.

Hi,

As far as I know the parts department in Notts Stratstones is open up to 12 on Saturday morning.
I assume that we are referring to the Nuthall Road branch??

write to Volvo customer relations not the dealer concerned . they will look into it ... It is a breach of the dealer agreement ...

thats the one on the 610 near bobbers mill

receptionist put me through the after 5 mins told me they where shut and dont open on a saturday.will just use online companies now liked the convenience of dealers but its killed my confidence in volvo dealerships now

The general manager decided to shut it for some reason not Volvo ukdont blame them they demand their dealers are open! Not all dealers are the same most want to sell on a saturday

thanks mate explains a lot my mate works for pendragon as well

and think my cars got to go over there for warrenty work(srs light is on)
