Default 1982 Volvo 345 GL for sale

New home required.

I have a car that has been in the family since new (March 1982), it is a lovely example but needs someone with more car knowledge than me to keep it how it deserves to be kept.

The mileage is genuine (35,088) and all paperwork is held, my Grandfather had it garaged from new until I inherited it about 2 and a half years ago. I've driven approx 4,000 miles in it and always enjoyed it, but unfortunately I don't have the time to devote to the upkeep.

It's a 1.4litre, blue all over and blue inside, the bodywork has very few knocks, immaculate interior, working heated seat, magnesium alloy wheels AND spare. Headlamp wipers, fog lights, fantastic detail all over. He needs a little work, I can't get it started at the moment, but it had a new starter motor about 8 months ago so it's not that. And there are a few rust spots appearing down the sides. It's been SORN since the end Feb, and just going to waste on a driveway when someone could be enjoying him. Your welcome to get someone round to give it a look over or have a look yourself.

If you know anyone who might be interested let me know. The last thing I want is to take this in for the government scrappage scheme.

Ian (Romford)

email me at broomy99@hotmail.com for more detail or pictures, thanks.
