Good luck measuring the 65Nm. When I did mine (or rather after the 3rd of 4th time I did mine), for piece of mind, I drove the strut over to Volvo and said, please tighten these to 65Nm as per VIDA. The mech frowned, then chuckled. He grabbed my strut and brought me over to his air gun. He says, this is the way we always do it: take the air gun to the top bolt and tighten it until the mount starts to spin. You are done...figures.
