Alloys on 2011 R-Design

When I originally ordered my car, I remembered the alloys having an XC logo on the face of the alloy (looked quite good), my car does not seem to have this.

I have checked back to the original pictures and looked on Volvo's web site and they both clearly show the XC logo on both the 18'' (which I have) and the 20''.

Has anyone else got the XC logo on the R-desigbn alloys?

Just checked and the XC logo is NOT on my alloys. I thought it was but it isn't. It may be due to the alu side skirts bearing the XC logo though. Maybe they thought having it on alloys too was overkill

Perhaps but they are still shown on Volvo's web site

I think it would look quite good if they did carry the XC logo. I remember when the MY11 car was available to order the brochures had pictures of XC60's with front fog lamps but they dont come on MY11 cars. It took them a while to update the web based brouchure.

do have the XC on them, takes my son just that bit longer to do his weekly wheel clean

I may call Volvo and see what they say.

It looks like a few things are not as per the brochure or even the handbook as the D5 is supposed to have. Sports mode on the auto for 2011 but that seems to be missing as well (covered under separate post)
