Meyle HD. They were still serviceable, but the boots were quite dosed and the links were very badly rusted. Probably brought on by driving on the beach. The new Meyle links seemed to have a layer of wax or oil on them, whereas the previous set didn't seem to have any sort of coating from the box. I doubt the warranty would apply to the removed set tbh.

Got the brake booster seal from URO, waiting now for a moment to install it - in fact I will first practice a little at the junkyard. Have to say the quality looks good, there is some silicone grease and the pipe used to press the thing has an angled end (important) and the URO video also shows an important part about bending the lip of the seal at @2:30 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VheQtHwWO5s

Rear wiper stopped working, so I took the motor out and apart and discovered the axle shaft had seized up. Whatever lubricant had been under the rubber boot was basically powder. Cleaned and lubed everything and it seems to be ok, if a little slower than before. A new motor might be on the horizon.

Changed the oil through the dipstick tube, using a manual suction pump, it is a huge thing and it takes 1.5 litres per gulp, strong arms are needed but it works !
