Default Not downloading updates

Hi, my 2017 s90 isn’t downloading updates (system, app or maps)
It used to do this when new but I can’t get it working now
I can connect my phone to Bluetooth but it shows “
no connection to download centre”
Any ideas?
I’ve checked the settings on my phone I can’t see anything amiss

Also, how can I delete previous linked phones ?

Check your internet settings in sensus communications, are you using your phone as a hotspot if so you need to until car modem, if you are using the car modem, has your data Sim ran out.

Thanks for your advice.
Unfortunately my 2017 car doesn’t have an in car modem as it’s an early s90.
I will have a look at the comms settings though

On your phone turn on "use your phone as a hotspot" then in the car comms settings select it as your car WiFi source. It should then connect to download centre.
