Default XC60 alert message 2012 D5 selux

Driver alert system service required message on dash clock.! Never used this system! Any ideas of how to clear it. Does my car need a sensor somewhere washing?
Regards

Believe it uses the same camera as the lane departure warning (if fitted).

Cleaning the inside of the windscreen behind the camera is listed as a service task when at a main dealer

I found this after digging around on the Volvo website as to what is included on the next service on my car. Note the final point:

Automatic transmission control - check the park / neutral position (PNP) switch
Engine coolant - check and adjust the antifreeze/corrosion protection strength
Engine oil, oil filter - change oil and oil filter

Fuel filter - drain off the condensation
Horn - check operation
N/A
Parking brake - check and adjust
Seat belts - check the function and for signs of wear
Washers and wipers for windshields and headlamps - check the function and for signs of wear
Wheels and tyres: check for damage, thread depth of tyres in mm FL_____, FR_____, RL_____, RR_____
Headlamp/fog lamp - check and align headlamps
Reset tyre pressure monitor system
Tyres excl. spare wheel: check and adjust the air pressure FL_____,FR_____,RL_____,RR_____
Vehicle with camera for collision warning - clean the inside of the windscreen in front of the camera lens

Hi Again. I was wrong. The messages returned so I got brave and removed the black plastic shroud from around the rear view mirror. Got some Aldi Glasser wipes carefully removed the plastic modules holding the lenses etc. Cleaned the lenses and the screen in the mating areas, returned all bits and messages cleared for now! I did note the dust was prevellant inside the plastic shroud so probably not been cleaned for a year or two. Let's now see?

May I ask was the shroud tricky to remove or just a gentle tug?

I was scared as all of it is plastic so just used fingers and applied just enough force to remove gently going around perifery of shroud. A gentle tug. There is a YouTube vid showing removal of a rear view mirror on a Volvo to replaced with a new glass, this gave me a clue. Basically finger ends. No tools required. A strong pair of reading glasses and deep breaths.😳 Took 20 mins ish. Hope the message does not return. Not bad for a cabbage.
