In 9 times out of 10 i have found it is the rear engine mount which leaks when the line won't hold vacuum , If you can DIY , check again for engine mount leaks , the vacuum line from the control valve on the air filter to the mounts should hold a vacuum . what are the actual fault codes stored ? How do they know the turbo vanes are sticking? I would remove the vane arm operating link and manualy move the lever back and forth to see how it feels , it should be very free . Fuel filter problems are not really common on these unless servicing has been neglected .
Perhaps the intercooler is blowing

The fault codes are important now to see where the problem is ...
