This is really really simple. Your DPF is blocked beyond a forced regeneration being possible. The sensible option is to buy a new DPF filter. There are cleaning options but some recommend that and some don't.

Your DPF should have been changed by now anyway. Anything else you try to do is just tinkering round the edges and will not solve the problem.

Update

After various hours of frustration I have mange to crack that

I have bought it new EOLYS tank on line from an independent Volvo spare part dealer

Link attached

https://www.wikingerparts.de/shop/vo...-tank-31303293

Liquid has to be replaced as well

https://rover.ebay.com/rover/0/0/0?m...2F192035194976

Then I have connected the Volvo Dice In order to set up the new tank

It is very straight forward DIY task bit messy though (2 people are needed )

I have installed new DoF sensor sensor as well

Resuming parts replaced

Dpf tank
Dpf filter
Dpf sensors (Pressure and temperature)
Dpf pressure hoses
Dpf liquid

In total I have spend approx 1000 euros in parts and endless hours
