Was going to suggest this as well. Had one fail that caused these exact symptoms.

I thought it was perhaps a wheel out of balance or suspension issue but I have just fitted new wheels/tyres, all balanced, tracking done, suspension bits replaced if worn, brakes checked, car runs weel and handles well but vibration is really annoying!

It's done 235k!!!

Thanks, for help!
To be really precise here, the vibration only occurs when you move? If that's the case, and accepting that your car being hit by a meteor (the jet powered plane, not just a lump of rock) is less violent than a dual mass flywheel failure, then it's either an unbalance or a CV joint biting. Swapping tyres front to rear is cheap and might help eliminate some things...

A DMF noise will disappear almost totally when you dip the clutch, especially if you stop the gearbox moving by putting it in gear.
As stated previously, you'll know when it's a DMF. And so will your neighbours.

I actually have the exact same problem but it's so very subtle that I just live with it.
The vibration is felt most at 51-53 mph.
DMF and input shaft bearing are a little noisy but nothing serious yet.
I have replaced both driveshafts, tie rods, major bushings (including subframe and some rear) and engine mounts recently with OEM and otherwise the car feels VERY solid.
Wheels are in balance and no difference from going from one set of tires to another.

I think disengaging clutch didn't make a change but have to try that tomorrow.
