Default What intercooler

My 2006 V70 D5 185bhp euro 4 needs an intercooler.
I have seen some on ebay but I have conflicting reports that I do/don't need one with MAP sensor hole.
Can someone clear this up as the leak is causing alsorts of issues?

Thanks
SC

Have a look at the outlet of the existing intercooler. The sensor should be there or close to it. that would be the right hand side as you face the motor.

For your model year there's no conflict to be had and as mentioned by others, you'll need an intercooler with a sensor hole.
Also explained in my short video here.

Thanks all.
That should confirm that mine needs the one with the hole.

Might be worth getting a look at what is already in there just to be sure to be sure. This may not be first change and no telling what a PO could have gotten up to. I recall at least one attempt to cut holes in stuff to get the sensor to fit on the wrong i/c.
