Default C30 d5

Hi all just after abit of advice please, I have owned Volvos for 11 years but not a c30, I am going to view one in the morning.

It is a 59 plate d5 auto, 62000 miles on it, It has full service history and the cam belt was done this year but was seeing if there was anything to look out for on this model and help appreciated thank you.

Hi, I suggest looking at the suspension, the front control arm bushes are a weak point.
Is it auto or manual gearbox as I believe the auto box isn't the best but I'm not sure about that 100%.
As you say it's had the timing belt done so that's good. Check it's had the fuel filter changed as well as when I brought my 2012 D3 18 months ago it hadn't.

Cheers for the reply I’m going to take it for a nice test drive to get the box hit to make sure it works properly and will check the fuel filter cheers again will let you know if I buy it.

Just a quick update I didn’t buy it, it needed a new air con compressor and aux belt and tensioner as it was making a right noise, cheers for the help.

Just a quick update managed to find and buy a c30 d5 auto se sport it’s a 57 plate in silver. I’ve got a d5 xc90 as well but didn’t realise how quick it would be in the c30, got through a full tank this week just using it to test it while I have warranty on it and averaged 40mpg which is really good I reckon.
