Before changing the CEM remove and open
the wiper stalk and clean the connectors inside.
Could be that simple.

Use VIDA to diagnose

VIDA will tell you very quickly if it is a wiper stalk issue, a wiper motor issue, or a CEM issue

New to all of this - wasn't aware of VIDA being available. Thanks for the suggestion, going to research where to best get the setup in the states.

When I removed my ICM (radio) wipers and indicators stopped working as well as door modules in front. Very likely early stages of ICM failure as it influences them all.
