S40 12v cigarette lighter fuse location
I'm trying to find out where the fuse is for my cigarette lighter socket. Have googled this extensively and changed f45 and f67. And a couple of others. Still not working.
I was adding a second 12v socket piggy backed off the cigarette lighter socket and accidentally crossed wires. My parrot mki9200 works through this wiring and it is not working so has to be the fuse It's an 09 s40 |

is there a separate fuse for the front and back sockets? I only ask as my rear one works but my front doesn't?

I do have a manual - but find it much easier to consult the online version from the Volvo website.

This is all I can find in the manual:
45.Electrical socket............................................ ....................15 A 77.Electrical socket in cargo area, accessory electronic module(AEM) ...................................15 A Now I find this odd that the manual also states you can have 10A on each one, which obviously exceeds the 15A fuse in socket 45, I don't have a socket in the boot, so wondering if that would be the back seat socket? If not and both are on 45 then the manual is wrong in stating I can use 20A total, but more importantly it means there is either a problem with the socket or the wiring. |

I'm going to take the panel off and check the fuse box and check the socket in the front, I have a sneeking suspicion the previous owner has disconnected it to power the Bury device, if that's the case I might just replace it with one of these: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/3910952956...%3AMEBIDX%3AIT or just patch it so it never existed, I don't really use it.
