Default BSR chip

Has a tone had any experience with the BSR chip for the B230ET?

I'm thinking of getting one for my 1986 760 turbo.

Already asked, he said he could do it but is too busy at the moment. But it will probably be a couple of years anyway before I get around to it knowing how quick I work on my own cars!

I thought he had stopped doing chips now?

Also the Motronic is a different breed to chip compared to LH2.4

Motronic whilst pretty good in its day is now very outdated. LH2.4 is a lot better or stand alone better again. LH is better on fuel and has more scope to tune

Yeah, they're the best. Not that you've got much choice with Motronic.

With a wideband it would be as good as LH, could adjust the AFR manually by messing with the AFM and injector sizing and it would always run the same, compared to LH that tries to be too clever for its own good sometimes.

He did one for me a couple of weeks ago.

I just can't be bothered with the hassle of changing the wiring loom etc on the 760 as it is a full restoration as it is and I don't want massive power only about 250hp as my 940 will end up as the big power car.

Baggy that's interesting on the AFR and injector idea, have you got any more info on it?
