exhaust manifold in v good condition with no visible cracks inc gaskets £50
V40 dog guard metal no fixings £10
V40 dog guard later mesh style no fixings £10
front o/s strut inc spring no strut mount £30
rear o/s strut inc spring no strut mount £30
rear n/s strut inc spring no strut mount £30

Whats the point of adjustable links other than preloading the arb but thats just for going round one corner left or right aint it?

Yeh preloading eg for track use. The OEM ones sometimes fail when going low and they can solve clearance issues.
