At this age the rear seat bracket mount into the arch, the arch into the sill, the central sill drainage hole and the by the side of the road style jacking point are all at end of life.

Jacking points is any easy fix, take seat out and carpet, cut out, clean area, weld in new material and double back it. Pretty straight forward, £200 is fine. They were only ever spot welded to the outer skin of the sill, in about 8 spots, but eventually tear off.

+1 To not using a normal jack on these points, its only designed for the one legged tilting emergancy jack thing that pivots as it extends.

You can get new clips for the plastic sill covers, but there are at least 2 different types, I think white, blue and green are the three varieties so fairly easy to identify.
