Default Weird whistling noise B5254S engine

Anyone familiar with the sound in the video?
https://youtube.com/shorts/lTlO5LFG-...cZ8EKCVc5wd1cm

I tried several things at tension belt, but it really seems inside engine noise coming from the cylinder head.
Maybe bad sprocket adjustment? (Not altered that I am aware of….)

I just think it is not a normal sound.

There are 2 noises there, both cambelt related?

I am not sure, cambelt was replaced but also cylinderhead had been off...

How can I figure out is cambelt is ok?

not all original, but new parts from skandix.de including new tensioner

Can it also be something from inner engine?

To my ears it sounds like a rough bearing so could it be auxiliary belt related? Try removing the auxiliary belt and run the engine to see if noise goes away. If indeed it goes away switch off the engine and inspect all auxiliary related pulleys, power steering pump, alternator and air-con pulley are spinning freely and smooth.

Not sure if your engine has an alternator overrun pulley or not...?

Al pulleys Are practically new. I tried with auxiliary belt. No change.
I think best try is to take off cam belt and check water pump and pulleys…otherwise 🙈
