v70 2.5turbo for sale/breaking

i have for sale 1999 v70 2.5 turbo runs rough no one knows whats wrong with it and i have given up asking on here and getting no where. Hence i wont be buying another volvo.

whole car for sale for 1 week then will be broken if no sensible offers recieved

i will get some pics tommorrow i wouldnt give up on it, but i cant afford or justify volvo dealer prices, no specialists round here. nobody can give me an answer on here so no other option really

ok there are loads of people near me and its just asking the right people........try local auto electricions thay may find the prob for you then fix as ness.......rt mercanics or sw autos.....peolpe i know that are top with volvos.....thay may be able to help if not i have brakers yards near me so if you want bits just ask i will see if i can find and try to fix that way.......its got to somthing simple have you done a compression check.....simple things show the biggest probs....

list of whats been done already:

1 full set of coil packs new
2 3 sets of spark plugs new
3 oil and filter change
4 fuel filter
5 air filter
6 volvo engine diagnosis no codes
7 compression test
8 volvo diagnosis again no codes

total cost so far £500 approx

ETS light on engine light on

now volvo want to have the car for a day to check the ECU to coil pack approx cost £300

they say it cant be ETM as there r no codes stored

im prepared to spend the £260 on new ETM ONLY if it sorts the problem out otherwise its going

ETM fault usualy gives no code anyway!

Can you describe whats wrong with it, the ETM fault will throw the check engine light and store a code if its knackered and keeps going wrong, otherwise no fault codes - Give us a description as to what the car is doing (or not doing) and lets see if anything can be diagnosed - Mike

How much do you want for the whole car please? Also, any details such as miles, colour, history, spec etc would be good.
