Top part pulls off, then use a T25 Torx to remove 5 screws that hold the lid on. DON'T take the cables/plugs off the ECU but you can remove the MAF plug to allow a little more movement

I see so I can take the Ecu off but leave it plugged in? Cause at the moment I can only lift it at a angle no chance of cleaning box out

There are 3 sections... the top cover which lifts off to reveal the ECU
The ECU which comes away with the lid of the air filter
The bottom air box

The ECU with lid can only be moved slightly, if you want to disconnect the cables you will need to disconnect the battery first after letting the car 'go to sleep' which takes around 15-20 minutes

You could try by loosening the Jubilee clip, unplug the MAF plug and that might allow a little easier access to the air box
