I've just had my winter (Stylla 17") and summer (Serapis 17") wheels done by Pentland Powder Coating behind Costco just South of Edinburgh. I'll try to clean them up and post some pictures when I can but I'm delighted with the quality of finish on them. Until the end of January they are doing £168 for all wheels up to 18" and if you have a spare alloy they'll do that for free. Voucher is on their website: http://www.pentlandpowdercoating.co.uk/

Also, closer to Glasgow, my mate's used Covanhill Powder Coating in Lanarkshire I think. He was delighted with the results from there. They were about the £200 mark I think.

Only difference between the 2 really is that Pendland sandblast before powdercoat and Covanhill chemically strip.

I would always go down the chemical strip route far safer and generally more through, plus there is less chance of any material being left on there to then potentially cause issues with the new finish.
