Had an Alpine EZI Dab fitted by professionals on Friday, didn't fancy pulling my dashboard apart myself! Very pleased with the result. I have 2 Ipods (as you do), my newer one works fine but I was disappointed to discover that the EZI DAB won't control my older one, which I had planned to leave in the car.

Pure (Horrible) Highway now on Ebay.

Hi there, I have made some research through the last three years and finally I found a solution. It is possible to install the DAB+ module, connect to fibre net (MOST), connect a third party antenna and power supply for the module.

You will be able to install software that enables the module. My solution is based on cars with original SUB installed. There is a fibre-split cable harness available from dealer for connecting the MOST net through SUB and DAB.

I have sold my previous car and now have the DABmotion after market adapter. Cannot recommend it highly enough. Simple and easy installation.

Andy, got a XC60 FM unit and the RDS shows station and current playing song does that unit do the same please as have been looking at that my self

Hi there hgvdriver. Yes, the DABMotion does transmit the normal DAB channel information through to the car's FM radio display. It is possible to scroll through all the DAB information but it is a bit fiddly to do if you are driving. So I just leave it on the name of the channel. Hope that helps.
