Relay layout
Hello everybody,
I know this has already been asked, but I cannot find the info I need. Does anybody have a layout diagram of the relays under the bonnet? I need a copy, somebody please help. |

RE: Relay layout
I am sure that my Haynes manual carries a diagram for the relay layout. All the best, Peter. |

RE: Relay layout
Unfortunately, the Haynes manual relay layout is different from that in the car. The lid of my box has no picture.

RE: Relay layout
The only difference is that the fuses are under the relay tray inside the cabin. The relays are the same but have a few hanging about under the dash. Unfortunately the handbook (for the 480, 1989) does not even mention the relay tray. This means asaking someone with a 440 if you can look on the underside of their lid if it still has the layout sticker in place. Haynes is unfotunately also not that good either, sorry about that. Perhaps you could access one of the various European 400 sites on the web. They are usually quite helpful. Possibly one of the specialist 480 sites would be most useful as they had the same relay tray arrangement. Best of luck with it. All the best, Peter. |
