121 Automatic

Its me again i´m sorry to say, can anyone tell me what they think the following might be. My automatic is good all works gears change with no problem but however gently i pull away i gett a judder from the rear, is it the prop shaft?

any ideas

It's over 20 years since I had a 122S, admittedly a 4 speed manual, but I recall having the same problem and an identical problem on a 260 estate a few years later. In each case the rear universal joint on the prop shaft had siezed up. Replacing them needed amongst other things, a large vice, some suitable drifts and hammers and a comprehensive working knowledge of profane anglo-saxon!
