Unless they've made a version for Android I don't think this is possible yet....

Not possible at all. Vida runs on Windoze XP or 7. Runs a copy of SQL Server in the background for start off plus a few other bits 'n bobs (ISO Viewer iirc for viewing diagrams).

If I understand correctly newer versions of Vida now come on dual layer DVD and can be up to 8Gb in size. That might just take more than a little of the storage on your average tablet

The thing is, it is possible to create a "Virtual Machine" on an android phone or tablet using the programs "Bochs" and "QEMU". These can then be used to install and run a version of Windows XP.

The thing is though once installed (which takes hours in itself) it takes forever just to boot windows, and things are even slower from there on in. You "might" be able to install VIDA from there and run it, probably not though, even with masses of tweaking to just about every setting you can think of.

You are probably better simply getting a cheap as chips netbook and running if from there if you need it to be portable.

remote viewer of some form is probably a better idea...as said it would take so long to boot the portability side would be ruined.
