I want to know if the face lift bumpers fit on my 89/90 G Reg 440? Basically I want colour coded bumpers/wing mirrors (white), and possibly the face lift rear clusters.

Can we maybe start a list of what fits and what doesn't fit each models?

Cheers,
Dave

yeah - not sure how many - i fitted a red colourcoded bumper from a k-reg 460 turbo (found in a scrapyard) to my dads '93/k 440 (cos it was damaged in an accident). came with foglights too, the wiring for which was all in place already (just needed a switch, nicked from the same car).

Yeah, I've got fogs on mine at the moment, I also want new ones as my current ones are scrubby!

Do the face-lift ones fit though? As I'm sure they'd be easier to find!

I've done all of this to my car. The facelift bumpers look much better than the older bumbers when colour coded. The facelift ones are a direct replacement.

This is a photo of the non-facelift bumpers, colour-coded

I quite like that, works well with the red.

I want to keep the black strips though, I like them against the white. and I want those wheels too!

Do those facelive rear clusters fit on easy?

Clusters are a bit of a mission. Take about 1-2 hours to fit. You have to re-seal them as well, otherwise you'll be getting water in the boot as I am (I need to get round to sealing.) You'll have to do some soldering and rewiring as the bulbs and holder from the facelift are in different positions from the older ones. Also make sure you get the bulb holders for each light ( try to get bulbs as well if poss. as the indicator bulb is yellow!)

Had a bit ofan accident with one of my 17in wheels which is why im running standards at the moment. By the way, if anyone knows where I can get a cracked alloy repaired then pass me the info! I'm missing riding on those wheels!!!!
