Default Egr problems?

Hello,

I drive a v50 1.6d 110 hp from 2009.
Recently i have some troublecodes coming back and the official volvo dealer can't pinpoint the problem.
Dpf is replaced 15000 km's ago by dealer.
Enolys kit is topped up 5000 km's ago by dealer.
Since the troublecodes the dealer repaced the egr-valve.
I did replace the dpf sensor yesterday by myself, but the problem is not gone. It keeps throwing this codes.
The codes always comes when motor is warm on the freeway close after regen, altought i did have it twice without regen at front.
The troublecodes disapear after restart.

The troublecodes are;
obd: p 2141 exhaust gas recirculation throttle control circuit A low
p 0488 exhaust gas recirculation throttle control circuit A range/performance
volvocodes: ECM 9130 inlet control valve
ECM 9140 inlet control valve

Can someone help me pinpoint the problem please?

best regards

Update,

-Egr valve has been eliminated in the engines software.
-Rechecked for vacuumleaks --->none
-Boost solenoid replaced
-turbo checked and ok
-dpf pressure sensor replaced
-Inlet control valve checked

Dealer has still no idea, keeps giving the fault codes.

Now i'm thinking further,
Can this be something to do witch the fuel filter or o2 sensor?

thanks for any help in advance.

What's the state of the inlet manifold, they can get badly gunked up.
Check EGR relay and wiring.

The inlet manifold is ok, checked and cleaned today.
The electrical system is good also.
Now today i noticed a oil raise in the motor.
The car has been serviced 2 weeks ago by volvo)
With a new (20000km past) dpf in mind;
Would the fauls be somthing to do with bad injectors?

regards

Raised oil level would indicate either a build up of crankcase pressure, usually caused by piston wear or fuel getting into oil from DPF problems.

Hello,

Did you find the cause? I have the same problem with the very same symptoms at the moment with my Volvo C30 1.6D from 2008.

I had a similar issue and replaced the EGR valve itself. I first replaced with a non-genuine EGR valve (Haas from ECP) and the problems persisted despite calibrating it in VIDA. In the end, a new Volvo OEM EGR valve sorted the problem.

Is your car dropping into limp mode & won't rev past 2800rpm?
