  • VOC Members: There is no login facility using your VOC membership number or the details from page 3 of the club magazine. You need to register in the normal way

yes, yes, I know, "I never knew V50 was availabel as XC50" ha ha... )

I regret refurbishing whole suspension with OEM parts but 3y ago I was a bit more "in the dark" so I just took the easy way. Now Im a bit wiser but my suspension is only 40-50k miles old so cant really just justify replacing it yet...
Those lowering springs or whole coliover set though - one day - yes, please :}

FM - I would imagine lowered springs improve handling, yes no doubt that, but I am just wondering if it doesnt affect dampening characteristic of shocks. I know even slight difference in travel makes a difference (my rear shocks are from FWD model and in their "zero" position is different than AWD shocks would be, and it did change the back dampening - its more stiff than front but also can hit up when fully loaded& pothole.
