Just a thought, have you changed your brake fluid recently??
What problems are you having? Are they fading after a couple of hard stops or do you feel you have to press the brake pedal too hard to stop? It will engage ABS when you press it hard won't it? |

Ah but its a case if you stop faster and the guy behind can't .....!!!!. Standardisation is the name of the game. Standard cars at standard speeds with standard penalties for being naughty.(unless of course you are Mr.J.Archer!!) Its the old Whitworth nut and bolt theory. Standardisation. BORING. Cheers Nigel

The other point is the value and desirablility of the car to thieves.
Expensive after-market items are prime targets for stealers and strippers, so the car is a higher cost, higher risk item. |
