Wanted - Headlight switch for 1982 245
If you have a spare headlight switch for a 1982 245 please PM me a price asap or if you know where I can get a new one from please point me in the right direction, my usual sources have come up blank.
Many thanks, Iain |

I think it might be the same as a later switch, which would make the search easier. Can you post a photo of the old one?
Does it have to be brand new, or is a working used part OK? John |

Thanks for getting back to me John. The one I am after looks like THIS ONE listed on ebay...
whereas the later ones look LIKE THIS... Obviously they look a little different but if someone can confirm that the later one fits (and where I can get one) then I will go for that. I shall also get one of the early ones from the states on order but would rather get the car MOT'd and not have to wait a few weeks for it to arrive. Cheers |

Have you attacked it with contact cleaner just to tide you over until the new one arrives?

Unfortunately contact cleaner wont work, see the project thread for details.
In the meantime I have put in a temporary solution and will put the new switch in when it arrives from the states. |
